Joining Fee: A one-time, $15 startup fee allows you to freeze or cancel your membership at any time. You get one declined card fee waived. If your card declines more than once you will have to pay a the $15 reinstatement fee. 

Billing: Occurs on the 2nd of each month and is applied to the credit or debit card on file. Your credit does not rollover so make sure you are using your monthly benefits. All membership fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations: As a courtesy to our highly sought-after wax specialist, please cancel or reschedule as early as possible so that we have time to fill that appointment slot. All last minute cancellation, or no call no shows from members will lose their monthly membership wax or will be charged a rebooking fee of $32.50 to rebook their monthly appointment. All cancellations and rescheduled appointments must adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy.

Deactivating Memberships: Our members enjoy no long-term commitments for the membership. To cancel your membership, give us a call by the 20th of the month. We recommend deactivating your membership at your final appointment.

Freezing Memberships: Memberships can be paused for 90 days per calendar year at no additional charge. There is no startup fee to restart your membership during this time. Once the 90 days has passed your membership will automatically resume unless you contact us to cancel it. ​
