SCHEDULING/APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are the best way to guarantee that you will be seen. When you schedule an appointment, the necessary time is scheduled just for you. Please schedule all services that you would like to do at your appointment time. We can not add services at the time of your appointment

 

PAYMENTS

 

Payment is required in order to confirm and secure your appointment(s) time slot. 

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

 

We get it! Life happens! However, we require a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Missed appointments represent a cost to us, to you and to other clients who could have been seen in the time set aside for you. Your payment will be forfeited for appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours. A new payment will be required prior to your next scheduled appointment.

LATE POLICY

​

We created our services to allow appropriate time for the full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are 7 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit your payment. 

 

We understand that delays can happen; however, we must work diligently at keeping other clients on schedule. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened in order to accommodate client scheduling. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your esthetician and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time

 

NO SHOW POLICY

We will do our part by keeping fees to a minimum. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show". No show appointments may result in discharge from being able to book with us In the future. Keep in mind there are no refunds for “no show” appointments

 

WALK-INS

 

We are generally busy; therefore, we recommend  scheduling an appointment in advance. We do accept last minute appointments and walk-one however, there are no guarantees of services. Please visit our website or call us and we'd love to schedule you if our schedule permits.

NO EXTRA GUEST & CHILDREN

We want to ensure that Wax Snob Studios is a comfortable and professional environment for both our guest and wax specialist, therefore we have a STRICT no children and extra guest policy. Our services are  intimate and require privacy, as well as limited space therefore your appointment will be canceled and you will not be refunded in the event you bring children and extra guest to your appointment. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for our guest, and by adhering to this policy, we can maintain an enjoyable environment for everyone.

An intimate care facility must be kept impeccably clean so that there is no transfer of skin conditions from one client to another. We are proud of our obsession with cleanliness! Everyone wins by practicing good hygiene!
